Pansit Lucban Recipe

Who says you need to go to Quezon to eat the famous Pancit Lucban. Knorr’s version uses Knorr Pork Cubes which gives this dish that delicious pork goodness! Enjoy and see what we mean!

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 pc. onion, chopped
  • 1 pc. Knorr Pork Cube, mashed
  • 1⁄4 kg. pork, sliced into strips
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1-2 cups water
  • 1⁄2 kg. noodles
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bunch pechay, sliced
  • Other ingredients that can be added: chicharo, carrots, sayote, shrimp vinegar, as needed
