  • ¾ kg ground beef
  • 1 pc egg
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 pc onion, minced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ⅓ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp dried basil

Sandwich components:

  • 4- 6 burger buns
  • 4- 6 cheese slices
  • 4- 6 pcs sliced tomatoes
  • 4- 6 pcs Lettuce leaves
  • desired condiments

Classic Burger
  1. Begin by mixing all the ingredients in a bowl for the burger. The best way to check the flavour is by frying a tablespoon of the mixture in a pan. Then, make the necessary adjustments.

  2. Once the seasoning has been adjusted, form four to six balls from the burger mixture and flatten to make a pattie. You have the option to store them in the chiller for another occasion or you can grill, bake or fry them right away.

  3. It’s now time to sandwich the pattie in between the buns with the cheese, tomato, and lettuce in each.
