  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 small pc red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 pcs ripe tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 2 cups squash, cubed
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 1 bunch sitaw, cut into 2 inch
  • 1 small pc ampalaya, sliced thinly
  • 1-2 pcs eggplant, sliced thinly
  • 6-8 pcs okra, sliced

  • 1 Heat oil in pan and saute onions, ginger and garlic.
  • 2 Add tomatoes and continue sauteing until soft then add shrimp paste.
  • 3 Add squash, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 8 minutes.
  • 4 Add sitaw, ampalaya, eggplants and okra. Mix and cover. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
