Fire up your stove to high and heat up your pan. Drop in the garlic and onions and sauté. When the garlic turns light brown in color and onions are translucent, it’s time to throw in the ginger and cook until you can smell the lovely aroma from the vegetables.
Gently place the chicken in the pan and cook it until it is evenly brown. Pour in the coconut milk, Knorr Chicken broth, bay leaves and turmeric powder and cook slowly in low heat until chicken is cooked through and tender.
In a separate pan, throw in the garlic, onion, onion leeks and palapa. Stir well and cook this for a few minutes before adding the coconut turmeric mixture.
For that umami goodness, this recipe isn’t complete without adding Knorr Liquid Seasoning. Check the taste so that you’ll know if additional salt and pepper will be needed to make the flavour suit your preferences.
