  • 1 pc Whole bangus, cleaned and scaled
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 5 pcs guava, washed and sliced in half
  • 2 pcs medium tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 pcs medium red onion, quartered
  • 1 bunch kangkong, leaves separated from the stems
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed
  • to taste Patis, salt, and pepper

Sinigang na Bangus sa Bayabas​
  1. Prepare all your ingredients.

  2. In a large pot, boil guava in two liters of water.

  3. Once the guava is tender, mash the halves and strain. Discard the seeds, returning the juice back to the pot.

  4. Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Let it simmer until vegetables are tender.

  5. Add bangus to the pot and let it cook for about 15 minutes.

  6. Season with fish sauce, salt, and pepper according to taste. Add water spinach leaves last then turn off heat.
