  • 1 pc. onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 pc. Knorr Beef Cube, mashed
  • ½ kg. lean ground beef
  • 1 cup choice diced vegetables such as potato, carrots, bell peppers
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • black pepper, to taste
  • Serve with: fried egg, fried saba, and rice

  • 1 Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion, garlic and tomato paste. Sauté for at least 2 minutes.
  • 2 Into the mixture, drop the Knorr Beef Cube and mash it well with the spices before adding the ground beef. Continue to sauté until the meat is cooked through.
