Spicy Bulalo Noodles Recipe
  1. The first step to making delicious spicy bulalo noodles is tenderizing the meat. This step is the longest out of all the steps but it’s generally hands-off. Grab a pot and add the bulalo, onions, garlic, and pepper into it.

  2. Add enough water to cover the bulalo. Bring to a boil over high heat and then lower the heat to a simmer. Let this simmer until the beef is very tender. Make sure to watch the pot to see if you need to add more water.

  3. Scum will naturally rise to the top of the water. Skim it off every now and then to keep the broth clear.

  4. Once the bulalo is tender, remove the meat from the broth and add in Knorr Beef Cubes, siling labuyo or hot sauce, and potatoes. Bring this back to a simmer and let it simmer until the potatoes are cooked.

  5. Take the pot off the heat and add the pechay. Cover the pot to make sure the pechay is cooked with the warm broth.

  6. The spicy bulalo noodles are ready for assembly! Simply grab a large bowl and place the cooked noodles inside. Next, add the bulalo and the rest of the ingredients into the bowl. This is the part where you let your creativity shine with plating.

  7. Finish the spicy bulalo noodles by pouring the hot broth into the bowl. Serve warm and enjoy!
