    Serves

  • 15 ml cooking oil
  • 1 piece fried tinapa
  • 2 pcs egg beaten
  • 1 Knorr Chicken cube, crushed
  • 750 g cooked rice (cold)
  • 50 g carrot chopped
  • 1/2 cup green peas

TINAPA FRIED RICE
  1. Let's start by preparing the fish tinapa. Get a medium-sized pan, big enough to fit the rice later, make it nice and warm over medium heat. Add the oil and start by frying the tinapa fish. Once cooked, set aside to let it cool, then shred to turn it into fish flakes.

  2. Using the same pan, add the beaten eggs and the crushed 1/2 Knorr chicken cubes. Stir the gg mix until all is cooked.

  3. Add the carrots and green peas, then add the rice and the remaining 1/2 Knorr Chicken cube. Mix until dissolved and all ingredients are well incorporated. Continue to cook and mix until vegetables are fully cooked.

  4. Serve hot and Enjoy!
