  • ½ kg pork kasim, cut into 2-inch cubes
  • 3 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 tbsp onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 pcs. tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 pcs. lemongrass stems, pounded
  • 3 pcs. red chili, sliced
  • 2 cup water
  • 2 pcs Knorr Pork Cubes
  • 1 pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay Complete Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup button mushrooms, halved
  • 2 tbsp wansuy
  • ½ cup onion leeks, sliced

Tasty Chili Coconut Cream Pork
  1. Let’s begin by boiling the pork in salted water until tender. Remember to remove the scum that rises from the top of the liquid to remove impurities from the pork.

  2. Grab a medium sized pan and get it nice and hot over medium-high heat. Pour some oil and throw in the onion, ginger and tomatoes and cook this for a minute before adding the pork.

  3. Sauté the pork for 2 minutes then add the lemongrass, chilli, Knorr Pork Cubes and water. Bring this to a boil then simmer for 8 minutes.

  4. The next step is to gently place the Knorr Ginataang Gulay, button mushrooms, wansuy leeks, and then simmer all these at low heat for 10 more minutes.
