Spanish Omelette

  • 2 pcs medium potato cut into cubes
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc onion, sliced
  • 4 pcs eggs, scrambled

SPANISH OMELETTE
  1. In a medium-sized pot, add the water and crushed Knorr Chicken Cubes, and the potato cubes. Set over high heat, let this mixture boil until potatoes are soft and tender. Once cooked, strain the potatoes then set aside to drip.

  2. Using another medium pan, place it over high-medium heat. Add the oil and start sautéing the onions, until soft and brown in color. Add half of the scrambled egg mixture to the pan, add just enough to cover the bottom of the pan.

  3. Add in the cooked potatoes, then cover with the remaining half scrambled egg mixture. Fold the omelette in half, and try to flip it to get an even cooking on both sides.

  4. Serve hot and enjoy!
