This dish uses the fresh seafood flavors of tuna, shrimp and squid simmered in the creamy and flavorful taste of Knorr Crab and Corn soup.

  • 1 (60g) pack Knorr Crab and Corn Real Chinese Soup
  • 1/4 kg tuna fillet
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 3 tbsps cooking oil
  • 1 pc garlic, minced
  • 1 pc onion, minced
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Broth Cube
  • 1/4 kg squid, sliced
  • 1/4 kg shrimp, shelled
  • 1 pc green and red bell pepper, cubed

  1. Let's begin by preparing Knorr Crab and Corn Real Chinese Soup according to package instructions, but do not add egg. Set aside.

  2. Season tuna with salt and pepper. Then coat the seasoned tuna into the flour and cornstarch mixture. Fry until slightly brown. Set aside.

  3. Next, get a medium pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and sauté garlic and onion and add Knorr Chicken Cube. Stir to dissolve the Knorr Chicken Cube.

  4. Drop in the sliced squid, shrimps, red and green bell peppers, and a dash of black pepper. Continue to sauté at low heat until the squid and shrimps are cooked.

  5. Add the prepared Knorr Crab and Corn Real Chinese Soup with the cooked tuna and sautéed ingredients. Simmer for 2 minutes. Arrange the cooked seafood on a plate and that's it. Something as good as this soup is meant to be shared with the family. This will definitely make your day.
