Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes and Onions

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc onion sliced
  • 1 pc tomato sliced
  • 1/2 Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 3 pcs eggs scrambled

SCRAMBLED EGG na may KAMATIS at SIBUYAS
  1. In a medium pan, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat. Add a little oil and then sauté the onion and tomatoes until it becomes soft and aromatic.

  2. Add the Knorr Chicken cubes, and let it dissovle in the pan. Stir the vegetables to incorporate all the flavors

  3. Slowly add your scrambled egg mix to the pan to cover the sautéed onions and tomatoes. Cook until the eggs are set and fully cooked. Serve hot. Enjoy with rice or with bread.
