Pork Pata Caldereta Recipe
  1. Let’s start by browning those pata chops in a very hot pan with oil over high heat. Then, set this aside once brown in color all over.

  2. Throw in the onion and garlic next then pour in the water, Knorr Pork Cubes, bay leaves and black pepper. Just bring this to a boil.

  3. Return the pata back into the water and allow it to simmer until tender.

  4. Add the liver spread, tomato sauce, carrots, potatoes, bell peppers and chili (if desired) then let the mixture simmer until vegetables are tender.

  5. Add sugar and grated cheese and stir until completely dissolved. And that's our dish!

  6. Don’t wait too long before it gets to the table because smelling this Pork Pata Caldereta is enough to make anyone’s stomach hungry.
