  • 1/2 kilo pork ribs
  • 1/2 kilo chicken thighs
  • Knorr Liquid Seasoning, to taste
  • 2 pcs Knorr Pork Cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pc sayote, sliced
  • 1 pc potato, sliced
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 kilo onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp patis
  • 1/4 kilo hotdog, sliced
  • 3 pcs star anise
  • For the sauce:
  • 1 sachet Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
  • 1 pc Knorr Pork Cubes
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup wood ear mushroom
  • 1/2 cup Shiitake mushroom
  • 1/4 cup grated quick melt cheese
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose cream
  • For the garnishing:
  • 1 pc red apple, cubed
  • 1 pc green apple, cubed
  • 1/4 kilo grapes
  • 1 pc orange, peeled and sliced
  • 2 pcs bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup grated quick melt cheese

  1. First, marinate pork ribs and chicken thighs in Knorr Liquid Seasoning.

  2. In a separate pot, dissolve Knorr Pork Cubes then use this to blanch sayote and potato and set aside.

  3. In a pan, saute garlic and onion until fragrant.

  4. Then add pork ribs, vegetable broth and patis.

  5. When the pork ribs are almost done, add chicken thighs and sliced hotdog.

  6. Add a bit more patis, Knorr Liquid Seasoning, and star anise and allow it to simmer.

  7. Finally, add the sayote and the potatoes and cook until just perfectly done.

  8. For the sauce: In a casserole, boil water then lower heat and add Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix, Knorr Pork cube, cheese and mushrooms. Simmer until mushrooms are cooked then finish with all-purpose cream

  9. To finish-off, place pork ribs and chicken thighs in a serving dish, lay the fruit slices on the side, then pour the creamy sauce over.

  10. Top this all off with hard-boiled quail eggs and grated cheese.

  11. This is definitely one delicious kiddie delight, even adults cannot resist.

  12. *Cooking Diva Tip:

  13. Quick melt cheese is just so yummy when used in cooking.

  14. But it can be a pain to grate of its soft texture.

  15. For a quick fix, chill the cheese for about 30 minutes before grating.

  16. Low temperatures will make the bar a bit firmer, making it easier to prepare.
