  • 2 tbsps canola oil
  • 1 small pc red onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger, cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 pcs ripe tomatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp shrimp paste (bagoong)
  • 2 cups squash, cubed
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 1 bunch sitaw, cut into 2 inch
  • 1 small pc ampalaya, sliced thinly
  • 1- 2 pcs eggplant, sliced thinly
  • 6- 8 pcs okra, sliced

Meatless Pakbet
  1. Heat oil in pan and sauté onions, ginger and garlic. Add tomatoes and continue sautéing until soft then add shrimp paste.

  2. Add squash, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Cover and let cook over medium heat for 8-10 minutes.

  3. Add sitaw, ampalaya, eggplants and okra. Mix and cover. Let cook for another 5-8 minutes. Serve warm.
