  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 tbsp curry paste
  • 4 pcs. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup tofu, cut into cubes
  • 1(29g) pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1 pc. Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 1 stalk lemongrass, pounded
  • 2 pcs. kaffir lime leaves
  • 100 g. cooked egg noodles
  • 100 g. cooked vermicelli
  • 2 pcs. hardboiled egg, sliced
  • 1⁄4 cup bean sprouts
  • Fresh cilantro

  1. Just follow these simple steps and you’ll have homemade Laksa to be enjoyed at the comforts of your home.

  2. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and sauté the curry paste first followed by the shrimp and tofu next. Add Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay dissolved in water and bring to a boil before allowing to simmer.

  3. When the sauce is thick, pour in the milk, Knorr Shrimp cube, lemongrass and kaffir lime leaves and let this simmer for 2-3 minutes only.

  4. Now that our soup is done, let’s plate our Laksa dish! In a serving bowl, place your noodles in and pour the hot broth over. Top with egg, beansprout, tofu, shrimp and fresh cilantro and that’s our dish!
