  • 3 pcs egg, scrambled
  • 5 pcs hotdog, diced
  • 1 pack (30g) Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 15 pieces pandesal

HOTDOG-SCRAMBLED EGG SANDWICH
  1. Let's start by preparing the scrambled eggs. Get a medium pan, add a little oil, then add half of the scrambled egg mix and cook until it sets, then add the remaining egg mix. Continue to cook until the entire egg is fully cooked. Set aside and slice into small pieces.

  2. Using the same pan, fry the dices hotdog bits until cooked and the color changes to a bright shade. Strain and set aside for cooling.

  3. Now let's prepare the pandesal. Cut the pandesal in half, lengthwise, to give enough space for our toppings. Add a generous amount of mayonnaise on both inside parts of the pandesal. Add the scrambled egg and diced hotdog bits as toppings.
