  • 1 Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok mix (22g)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 2 tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 red onion, quartered
  • 5 okra
  • 10 string beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 pc talong, sliced
  • 1 pc labanos, sliced
  • ½ bunch kangkong leaves and tender stem
  • 2 pcs siling pangsigang
  • 6 cups water
  • fish sauce and ground white pepper to taste

Veggie Sinigang Recipe
  1. Get a mediuem pot, add oil. Saute onions and tomatoes.

  2. Pour water and add Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok Mix. Over high heat, boil for 5 minutes.

  3. Add radish and simmer until almost tender. Add okra, eggplant, and sitaw. Mix well and allow to simmer.

  4. Add the kangkong leaves and after simmering for a minute. Add siling pangsigang (optional). Serve while hot.
