  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 pc red onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken liver, sliced into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • pinch ground pepper
  • 1/2 cup sayote, sliced
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Shrimp Cube
  • 1/3 cup Baguio Beans, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup celery sticks and leaves, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red and green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, sliced into bite-sized pieces Option: use red cabbage for a healthier dish
  • 1/2 cup singkamas (jicama), thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water

  1. Heat wok for 1 minute over medium heat.Add oil into wok and sauté garlic and onions until garlic has slightly browned.

  2. Add chicken liver and cubed chicken fillet until fully cooked.

  3. Add fresh shrimp and sauté for 2 minutes. Add ground black pepper. Sauté for another minute.

  4. Add sayote, carrots, cauliflower, water and Knorr Shrimp Cube. Mix well. Cover and simmer until sayote is almost fully cooked. About 5 minutes.

  5. Add Baguio beans, celery stalks and bell peppers. Mix well. Cover and allow to cook for 3 minutes.

  6. Add celery leaves, cabbage, singkamas, oyster sauce and dissolved cornstarch. Mix well. Cover again and cook for another minute until sauce slightly thickens. Serve.
