  • 500 grams pork liempo, adobo cut (spareribs can also be used)
  • 5 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 tsp crushed black peppercorn
  • 1 whole head of garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups vinegar very good quality (from Ilocos)
  • ½ pc Knorr Pork Cube diluted in 1 cup water

Adobong Puti
  1. Begin by marinating the pork in Knorr Liquid Seasoning and then place it in a bowl.

  2. Next, grab a pan and make it nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and gently place the pork and fry until brown.

  3. Add the crushed black pepper and the crushed garlic next before pouring the vinegar, do not stir. Let it simmer for 15 mins.

  4. After 15 minutes, just add enough Knorr Pork broth to cover the meat. Next, bring it to a boil then let it simmer over low heat, while it’s covered until the pork is fork tender. Add more Knorr Liquid Seasoning to give Adobong Puti that umami goodness.
