Ingredients

  • Fish - fresh or frozen
  • 1 lime– rind and juice
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Ground paprika
  • Peri peri spice
  • Dried herbs
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Oil

Cooking Methods

  1. In a bowl, mix the grated rind of 1 lime, juice of 1 lime, crumbled KNORR cubes, paprika, peri peri spice, dried herbs, coarse black pepper and oil.

  2. Add the fish to the bowl, ensure it is well coated

  3. Place the fish on the foil and top with the remaining sauce.

  4. Close the foil and place on an oven tray.

  5. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius or on an open fire for 35 minutes.

  6. Serve with chips and salad.
