Ingredients

  • Oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • Ginger, chopped and peeled
  • Medium curry powder
  • Fresh thyme, chopped
  • Knorr chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix
  • Coconut milk OR milk
  • Tomato paste
  • Frozen or fresh fish

Cooking Methods

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic until lightly browned.

  2. Add the curry powder and chopped thyme and simmer for 5 minutes.

  3. Add the tomato, red bell pepper and chilli mix and coconut milk, then the crumbled KNORR cubes.

  4. Add the fish and ensure that it is covered with the sauce and simmer for 30 minutes.

  5. Serve with rice.
