Ingredients
- Mayonnaise
- Lemon juice
- KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
- 2 Spring onion, chopped
- Crushed chilli flakes
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 red pepper, sliced
- Oil
- Pilchard type fish (tinned)
- Coarse black pepper
- Knorr chicken cubes, crumbled
- Paprika
- Dried mixed herbs
- Peri peri spice
- 8 small round tortilla’s OR breadrolls
Cooking Methods

Finely slice the pepper into thin strips.

Add the mayonnaise, ½ the lemon juice, the crushed chillies, chopped spring onions and crumbled cube to the peppers and mix well. Set aside.

In a pan, heat the oil and add the crumbled cubes.

Add the rest of the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the lemon juice.

Add the fish and toss to ensure well coated and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.

Take a wrap, place fish down the centre, top with coleslaw and serve.
