Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • KNORR chicken cubes, crumbled
  • 2 Spring onion, chopped
  • Crushed chilli flakes
  • 1 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • Oil
  • Pilchard type fish (tinned)
  • Coarse black pepper
  • Knorr chicken cubes, crumbled
  • Paprika
  • Dried mixed herbs
  • Peri peri spice
  • 8 small round tortilla’s OR breadrolls

Cooking Methods

  1. Finely slice the pepper into thin strips.

  2. Add the mayonnaise, ½ the lemon juice, the crushed chillies, chopped spring onions and crumbled cube to the peppers and mix well. Set aside.

  3. In a pan, heat the oil and add the crumbled cubes.

  4. Add the rest of the spices and cook for 2 minutes.

  5. Add the lemon juice.

  6. Add the fish and toss to ensure well coated and cook for 5 – 10 minutes.

  7. Take a wrap, place fish down the centre, top with coleslaw and serve.
