Quick Thai Beef And Peanut Curry

  • KNORR beef stock
  • Vegetable oil
  • Ground black pepper
  • ½ onion
  • Ground paprika
  • Beef steak strips
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Medium curry powder
  • Peanut butter
  • Green beans
  • Water
  • Fresh coriander, chopped

  1. Heat the oil fry the onion and garlic.

  2. Add the meat and brown and then add the red pepper.

  3. Add the pepper, spices and KNORR cubes and simmer.

  4. Add the water and peanut butter and simmer for 10 – 15 minute.

  5. Add the beans and simmer until the beans are done.

  6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve with white rice.
