  • 1 Knorr Vegetable Stock Cubes
  • 700 g potatoes finely sliced
  • 250 ml milk
  • 100 ml double cream
  • 50 g Gruyere cheese or Cheddar cheese grated
  • 2 -3 cloves garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • pepper

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, Gas Mark 6. Simmer together the Knorr Vegetable Stock Cube, cream, milk and garlic for 10 minutes. Add the potatoes and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes or until almost tender.

  2. Season with pepper. Transfer to ovenproof dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
