Noodles complete a Filipino celebrate. You'll always find Filipino-style spaghetti, carbonara, or pancit bihon on the table. One of the buffet highlights during birthdays, weddings, and anniversaries is pancit palabok. Its characteristic orange sauce over thick noodles is a major spectacle. A typical palabok recipe calls for hard-boiled eggs, pork cracklings, calamansi juice for extra zing, and cooked seafood of your choice.
Despite its status as typical party food, palabok can still be an everyday staple in your household. Consider it an opportunity to celebrate the company of your family over a good, hearty meal. This recipe is different because it uses spaghetti instead of traditional rice noodles. It cuts prep and cooking time substantially.
To complete this 25-minute pancit recipe, ensure to have a pack of Knorr Shrimp Broth Cubes to tie in the flavors throughout the dish. Read more to learn how to cook palabok for the whole family!
