Ingredients for Creamy Spaghetti
- 1 kg spaghetti
- cooking oil
- 3 tbsp minced garlic
- ½ cup chopped onions
- 1 kg ground pork
- 1 kg ground beef
- 2 pcs Knorr Pork Cubes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 kg tomato sauce
- 4 packs Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup, dissolved according to package directions
- 4 packs all-purpose cream
- ¾ cup banana ketchup
- grated cheddar cheese, for topping
How to Cook Filipino-Style Spaghetti
Step 1
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Set aside.
Step 2
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-high flame. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Add pork, beef, Knorr Pork Cubes, salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix well.
Step 3
Lower heat. Cover and simmer, stirring constantly, for 30-45 minutes or until the meat fat is melted.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce, dissolved Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup, cream, and ketchup. Simmer, stirring continuously, until thick. Serve sauce over cooked noodles and top with cheese.
