Ingredients for Bibimbap Recipe
- 250 g beef sirloin, sukiyaki-cut beef or sliced thinly
For the marinade:
- 1 pc Knorr Beef Cube, mashed
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onion
For the bibimbap sauce:
- 1/4 cup gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2-4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
For the toppings:
- togue
- thinly sliced carrots
- spinach or kangkong leaves
- onion leeks, sliced thinly
- salt and pepper

How to Cook Bibimbap
Step 1
Begin by combining all marinade ingredients in a bowl. Add beef and mix well. Cover and store in the chiller to flavor the meat.

Next, combine all bibimbap sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside in the chiller.
Step 3
Prepare the toppings by sautéing each vegetable with a little oil. Season with salt and pepper then set aside.
Step 4
Now, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the marinated beef and cook until slightly browned. Set aside.
Step 5
Prepare a big bowl and assemble the bibimbap. Start by scooping rice and placing it at the center of the bowl. Arrange cooked beef and sautéed vegetables around the rice. Pour the bibimbap sauce over. Top with a sunny-side up egg.
