  • ¼ cup Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 1 (10g) pack Knorr Sinigang Original
  • 2 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup kinchay, chopped
  • ground black pepper, to taste

  • 1 Begin by slicing the Tambakol on its belly. Season well with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and half of the Knorr Sinigang Original.
  • 2 In a bowl combine tomatoes, onions and kinchay and season with the remaining Knorr Sinigang Original and pepper.
  • 3 Stuff tomato mixture in the fish cavity and grill over hot charcoal. Expect hugs and kisses when you serve Inihaw na Tambakol to your family. It's that good!
