  • 1 stalk leeks, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 kg mussels, cleane
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped and fried
  • 1 (33g) Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • 1 cup water

  • 1 Begin by getting your pot nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic and leeks. Dissolve Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix in 1 cup water then add to the pot.
  • 2 Add mussels next and just cook until the shells open and the sauce has thickened.
  • 3 Serve hot with fried garlic and that's it! This only proves that you don't need a lot of ingredients and too many steps to come up with a really tasty dish. Simply satisfying!
