  • 1 whole chicken, cut into serving pieces
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 2 pc bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp whole black peppercorns, crushed
  • 1 (33g) pack Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix
  • 2 cups water

  • 1 Begin by getting a pan and make it nice and hot over high heat. Pour some oil and sear the chicken pieces in until brown. Remove and set aside.
  • 2 In the same pan, throw in the garlic and pour the vinegar. Allow to simmer for a minute without stirring.
  • 3 Gently return the seared chicken pieces and just saute for 3 minutes.
  • 4 Pour in the soy sauce, bay leaf, peppercorns and Knorr Ginataang Gulay Recipe Mix dissolved in water.
  • 5 Finally, cover the pan and allow to simmer until the chicken is cooked through. And that's our dish!
  • 6 When your family sees a serving of Ginataang Adobo on the table, with matching steamed white rice, you know for sure that there will be non stop eating. Its that good!
