WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 pc Onion, quartered
  • 2 pcs Ripe native tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pc Medium sized gabi, peeled and quartered
  • 1 pc Medium sized raddish, peeled and sliced
  • 5 strings Sitaw, sliced into 2 and ½-inch pieces
  • 2 pcs Okra, cut in half
  • 1 pack KNORR SINIGANG SA SAMPALOK MIX ORIGINAL (20 grams)
  • 1/2 kg Left over lechon, cut into serving size
  • 1 bundle Kangkong, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 1 pc Siling pansigang

Let's Get Cooking

  • 1 Let’s begin by boiling 4 cups of water and adding the onions, tomatoes and gabi. Cook until the gabi is tender.
  • 2 Mash half of the gabi to thicken the broth then just throw in the radish, sitaw and okra. Allow to simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 3 Pour the contents of Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix Original then just allow to simmer before adding the lechon, kangkong and sili. Just wait for another 2-5 minutes and this dish is done!
  • 4 What can be more joyful to eat than lechon and sinigang in one dish. It’s truly delicious!
