  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp chopped white onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced crosswise
  • 200 grams chicken breast fillet, cubed
  • 2 pc KNORR CHICKEN BROTH CUBE
  • 3 cups water
  • 100 grams elbow macaroni
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup whole kernel corn
  • 2 cups shredded Baguio pechay
  • Pinch ground white pepper

  • 1 Get a pan and make it nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute onions and garlic until soft. Add celery and saute for 1 more minute.
  • 2 Add chicken and cook until color turns white.
  • 3 Drop in the Knorr Chicken Broth Cube, mix well until dissolved.
  • 4 Pour the water in and allow to boil before adding the macaroni. Cook until macaroni is cooked halfway.
  • 5 Gently add the potatoes and carrots and continue to cook until macaroni and potatoes are tender.
  • 6 Add evaporated milk and let simmer.
  • 7 Add corn and Baguio pechay and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Season with pepper and enjoy a delicious and warm bowl of Chicken Sopas alone or with your family. This will definitely comfort you.
