Let’s begin this recipe by preparing the mashed potatoes. Cut the peeled potatoes in chunks and boil in a pot filled with water. Cook them until soft or until the potatoes no longer stick when a knife is stuck into them.
When soft, mash them using a fork or a potato ricer. Add all-purpose cream and the remaining ingredients. You may set this aside.

Continue cooking until veggies are tender then transfer to a baking dish.
Cover the casserole with the mashed potatoes then dot with butter on top. Finally, for that added flavour, sprinkle with mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes and that’s our dish.
