  • 500 grams pork liempo, adobo cut (spareribs can also be used)
  • ½ pc Knorr Pork Cube, diluted in 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp crushed black peppercorn
  • 1 whole head of garlic, crushed
  • 3 tbsp Knorr Liquid Seasoning
  • 2 cups vinegar, very good quality (from Ilocos)
  • water

  • 1 Begin by marinating the pork in Knorr Liquid Seasoning and then place it in a bowl.
  • 2 Next, grab a pan and make it nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and gently place the pork and fry until brown.
  • 3 Add the crushed black pepper and the crushed garlic next before pouring the vinegar.
  • 4 Once you’ve added the vinegar, you shouldn’t stir it or else you will taste the raw and metallic flavour it gives. Just let it simmer uncovered over low heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  • 5 After 15 minutes, just add enough Knorr Pork broth to cover the meat. Next, bring it to a boil then let it simmer over low heat, while it’s covered until the pork is fork tender. Add more Knorr Liquid Seasoning to give Adobong Puti that umami goodness .
