    Serves

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic, chopped
  • 180 g patola, sliced
  • 4½ cup water
  • 2 pc Knorr Pork Cubes
  • 1/4 cup malunggay leaves
  • 100 g Sapporo Misua

  1. Here’s another reason why you should cook this dish more often: it’s simple, healthy and nutritious. Begin by getting your pan nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and just throw in the onions and garlic.

  2. Add patola next and sauté until half cooked.

  3. Pour in the water and Knorr Pork Cubes and just bring this to a boil then reduce to a simmer.

  4. Add misua and malunggay leaves last. Mix well and simmer until patola is cooked through. And that’s our dish. Simple yet satisfying! Thank you mom for always serving us what’s good for us.
