  • 4 cups rice washing
  • 3 pcs onion, quartered
  • 4 pcs native tomato, quartered
  • 1 kg tulingan, cut into serving pcs
  • 2 pcs sili pangsigang
  • 2 (25g) packs Knorr Sinigang na May Miso
  • 1 pc Knorr Fish Cube
  • 1 bundle mustasa leaves

  1. Grab a medium-sized pot and fill it with water that’s been used to wash rice (hugas bigas). Bring this to a boil.

  2. Lower the heat to a simmer and begin adding the onions and tomatoes. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

  3. Next, gently add the tulingan into the pot along with siling pangsigang. Continue simmering until the tulingan is cooked.

  4. Add Knorr Sinigang na May Miso and Knorr Fish Cube into the pot. Let it simmer and enjoy this delicious Sinigang na Tulingan in under an hour!

  5. Serve warm and enjoy with piping hot bowls of rice.
