Sotanghon Soup

This simple dish uses the light and fresh flavor of pechay mixed with the rich chicken broth soup, cooked with sotanghon noodles.

  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 pc onion chopped
  • 1 clove garlic chopped
  • 100 g chicken slice
  • 1 pc Knorr chicken cube
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pack sotanghon soaked in water
  • 1 bundle pechay, slice

  1. In a medium pot, make it nice and warm over high-medium heat, add in the oil and start by sautéing the garlic and onions until its soft and aromatic.

  2. Add in the chicken slices and cook until firm and golden brown in color.

  3. Add in the water and Knorr Chicken cube and bring it to a boil. Add the soaked sotanghon noodles and pechay slices. Continue to simmer until noodles are fully cooked. Serve hot!
