  • 500 grams shrimp, cleaned and de-veined
  • 1 pack Knorr Sinigang Sa Sampalok mix 44 g
  • 1 bunch kangkong
  • 15 pcs sitaw, sliced into 2-inch pcs
  • 8 pcs okra
  • 1 pc eggplant, sliced
  • 1 cup radish, sliced
  • 1 pcs tomato, wedged
  • 3 pcs green pepper (siling pansigang)
  • 1 pcs red onion
  • 8 cups water
  • fish sauce to taste

Sinigang na Hipon by Chef Vanjo
  1. Boil water in a cooking pot. Add onion, tomato, and radish. Cover and continue to boil for 8 minutes.

  2. Add shrimp. Cook for 1 minute.

  3. Add Knorr Sinigang sa Sampalok Mix. Stir until it dilutes completely. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.

  4. Add kangkong leaves. Turn off heat. Let it stay covered for 1 minute.

  5. Season with fish salt and ground black pepper.

  7. Transfer to a serving bowl. Serve warm with rice.
