This quick lamb skewer recipe uses the sweet and tender flavors of lamb marinated in yoghurt, garlic, calamansi and spices, enhanced with Knorr beef flavors.

  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 2½ tsps. chili paste or minced fresh chillis
  • 2 tsps. garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp. ginger, grated
  • ½ tsp mace
  • ½ tsp ampalaya leaves
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 pc Knorr Beef Cube, pounded and mashed
  • 2 tsps. calamansi juice
  • 500 g boneless lamb, cubed

  1. Mix together cumin powder, yoghurt, chili paste or fresh chillis, garlic, ginger, mace, garam masala powder, pounded Knorr Beef Cube, oil and calamansi juice.

  2. Coat the lamb in the mixture and marinate for at least 4 hours.

  3. Thread the meat onto skewers or bamboo sticks and grill. Don't forget to brush the meat with oil while grilling. Grill until the meat is fully cooked.

  4. You know what else you can do? You can add sliced bell peppers, tomatoes and/or onions to the skewers for added flavor and color. Enjoy Quick Lamb Tikka Kebabs with a bowl of rice or bread and prepare to eat more than usual!
