  • 3 tbsps olive oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/2 kg liempo, sliced into pieces
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsps curry powder
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 pc bell pepper, diced
  • 2 pcs potato, cubed
  • 1 pc carrot, cubed
  • 4 -6 pcs okra, sliced
  • 1 cup spinach (optional)
  • 1 pc siling labuyo chopped
  • 2 pcs Knorr Pork Cube

Pork Curry Recipe
  1. In a pan, over medium heat, throw in the onion and garlic with olive oil. Cook until the onion is translucent and garlic is golden in color. Now, add the liempo next and sauté until cooked through.

  2. Pour the water into the mixture, with the curry powder, evaporated milk, bell pepper, potato, carrot, okra, spinach and siling labuyo. Just stir the mixture and let this simmer until the vegetables are fully cooked. There, this dish is done!

  3. Serve Pork Curry to your family and they will surely insist that you make it more often.
