  • ½ kg. chicken breast fillet, cut into large cubes
  • 1 pc 2-inch, ginger, cut into strips
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pc. Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 3 pcs. hardboiled egg
  • ½ bunch dahon ng sili

Pinatisang Manok Recipe
  1. Get a medium pot nice and warm over high heat. Add water, ginger sticks, Knorr Chicken cubes, fish sauce and chicken breast cubes. Bring this to a boil then lower the heat to a simmer. Add the hardboiled eggs and continue to simmer until chicken is tender.

  2. With just a topping of dahon ng sili and cooking it a minute longer, this dish is done. So simple and easy to make yet there is so much joy that this Pinatisang Manok brings to the family.
