  • 150 g buckwheat noodles
  • 30 g onion
  • 10 g garlic
  • 15 g ginger
  • 100 g carrots
  • 150 g baby pak choi (Bokchoy Chinese Cabbage)
  • 150 g enoki mushroom
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cubes
  • 1 L water
  • 1 pc calamansi

Mushroom Ramen Soup
  1. Prepare ramen noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.

  2. Peel the onion, garlic and ginger and finely chop. Peel carrots and cut into slices. Clean bokchoy and mushrooms and cut into slices or strips.

  3. Fry vegetables in a wok or pot in hot oil, remove and set aside. Pour 1 liter of water into the wok and stir in 1 Knorr Chicken Cubes and bring to the boil.

  4. Distribute the bouillon in bowls, add ramen noodles and vegetables. Garnish with calamansi slices.
