  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 pc onion, chopped
  • 1 pc garlic, chopped
  • 2 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 250 ml (1 pack) misua
  • 1 pc pechay sliced
  • 1 pc egg

MISWA EGG SOUP
  1. Get a medium pot, and make it nice and warm over high-medium heat. Add the oil and start by sautéing the garlic and onion until soft and brown.

  2. Add the water and Knorr Chicken cube and bring it to a boil.

  3. Lower the heat to simmer. Add the Misua noodles, then add the sliced pechay. When the noodles are soft, stir the mix then add the raw egg immediately to prevent the egg from building lumps.

  4. Serve hot and Enjoy!
