    Serves

  • 100 grams elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 medium pc white onion
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped celery
  • 200 grams chicken breast, small cubes
  • ¼ fine salt
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • ½ cup diced ham
  • 1 pack Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup dissolved in 1 litre of water
  • 2 cups sliced cabbage
  • 1 cup whole kernel corn
  • Fine ground pepper to taste
  • ½ cup evaporated milk (optional)

  1. Cook elbow macaroni according to package directions. Set aside.

  2. In a pot, sauté onions garlic and celery in hot oil until tender.

  3. Add chicken breast and cook until color changes. Season with salt.

  4. Add carrots, ham and dissolved Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup. Allow to simmer for 5 mins.

  5. Add cabbage and corn. Season with pepper. Simmer for another 2-3 mins. then stir in evaporated milk if adding. Serve while hot.
