  • 500 g Chicken liver
  • 3 pcs clovers garlic, minced
  • 1 pc Onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Knorr liquid seasoning
  • Black pepper, to taste

Adobong Atay
