    Serves

  • 4 pcs sliced ham
  • 1 pack (80ml) Lady's Choice Real Mayonnaise
  • 12 pcs pandesal

  1. Let's start by preparing the ham spread. Check the temperature of the ham and the cooking instructions. If it needs a be heated, get a medium-sized pan, make it nice and warm over medium-low heat, add a little oil then start to fry. Do thi suntil the ham changes color and has a little browning. Set aside to cool.

  2. Once the ham has cooled down, slice it into small chops and add this to the mayonnaise. Make sure that the ham has already cooled down to prevent the mayonnaise from breaking up or curdling. Combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. We can now prepare the pandesal. Slice the pandesal in half then just add a generous amount of the ham spread. And that's it. We now have the perfect baon meal for the kids.
