  • 2 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 stalk leeks, sliced
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 kg mussels, cleane
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped and fried
  • 1 (33g) Knorr Complete Recipe Mix Ginataang Gulay
  • 1 cup water

  1. Begin by getting your pot nice and hot over medium heat. Pour some oil and saute garlic and leeks. Dissolve Knorr Ginataang Gulay Mix in 1 cup water then add to the pot.

  2. Add mussels next and just cook until the shells open and the sauce has thickened.

  3. Serve hot with fried garlic and that's it! This only proves that you don't need a lot of ingredients and too many steps to come up with a really tasty dish. Simply satisfying!
