  • 1 pc tilapia
  • pinch salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pc Knorr Chicken Cube
  • 1 cup green beans

Nutribudget: Fish and Vegetable Teriyaki
  1. Begin by seasoning the fish with a little salt and pepper. Evenly season both sides.

  2. Get your pan nice and hot over medium high heat. Pour some oil and fry the fish until golden brown.

  3. In another pot, combing soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, cornstarch, water and Knorr Chicken Cube. Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes. Add green beans and simmer until cooked through.

  4. Fish and Vegetable Teriyaki is a dish you would want to come home to on a lazy Friday night.
