  • 1 pc daing na bangus
  • Knorr Liquid Seasoning, as needed
  • black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • oil for frying

Daing na Bangus
  1. All you need to do is season the fish with Knorr Liquid Seasoning and pepper then rub it with garlic evenly. And that’s it! That’s how simple it is. Let it sit and marinate for at least 15 minutes.

  2. You just need to pre-heat the oil in a pan and fry the bangus until brown, top with toasted garlic and that’s our dish!
